Mia is a New York–based performer originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She began tapping and singing by age three, and landed her first professional acting role in seventh grade (Louise in Sunday in the Park … if you were wondering). She trained locally and attended Interlochen Arts Camp before moving to Michigan to finish her high school years at Interlochen Arts Academy during the pandemic.
Mia graduated magna cum laude from Elon University with a BFA in Music Theatre and a minor in Communications. As an Elon College Fellow, she also conducted original research on mentoring emerging arts educators. Prior to graduation, she signed with Henderson Hogan Agency (NYC/LA) for Theatre, Film and TV.
She has been blessed with wonderful opportunities post-grad, but her most recent credits include originating the role of Caitey Turner in the world premiere of Lemonade: A Fresh Pressed Musical at Trustus Theatre and performing in Ever After (Ensemble, u/s Danielle) at The Phoenix Theatre Company.
She cannot wait for what is in store and to continue to pursue doing what she loves the most!
